Residence LES PISTES
Appartment nº1216, second floor
LES PISTES: The best spot in town
Les Pistes was the first residence to be built when the Oz Station was founded in 1989, which explains why it’s the closest appartment block to the “Poutran” main Telecabin and the Tourist & Ticket Office. Even though Les Pistes is the “elderly” residence, the building is very well maintained and is still as good as new.
Les Pistes is right on the pedestrian main street and near the shops and restaurants, also close to both Poutran and Alpette telecabins, and litterally at the bottom of the ski slopes.
The front entrance of Les Pistes is 5mn walk from almost any point in the village, you can even ski right down to the door as all main ski slopes end on the main street

The appartment nº1216 is on the 2nd and last floor, and one of the largest and best equipped of the residence, with a 3 Stars Ranking with Clé-vacances. It’s a loft appartment with upper mezzanine level, with a total size of 50m2.
The appartment, ideal for 6 and up to 8 people , has 1 double bedroom, 2 bunk beds and a double sofa bed at the lower level for 2 additional accomodation, as well as a double bed up in the mezzanine
First Level (35m2)
Hall with wardrobe and closet, bathroom with bath tub/Shower and separate WC. A glass door leads on to the living room with a long table and 6 wooden chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic stove, small traditional oven, microwave and fridge. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed, TV set and a balcony with a view over the main street. Past the kitchen and in a separate corner, you will find 2 bunk beds and a fitted wardrobe, leading on to the main bedroom with a roof window with a view to the mountain. An extra bed for a small child (babies up to 3) is also available
Mezzanine level (15m2, height to ceiling 1m82)
Acces to the mezzanine is by a wooden ladder from the living room. We warn that the ladder is quite steep and may no be suitable for very young children, elderly or disabled persons. A child proof security door is fitted at the top of the ladder. We find that the Mezzanine is very appreciated by teenagers who enjoy their “private” area. There is a play area with a library with games, as well as a double bed in a separate corner. The foam sofa can also be used for additional sleeping for one.
