Les Pistes was the first residence built when the station was founded in 1989, which explains its proximity to the main ski cabins, Le Poutran, and to the "Syndicat d'initiatives", the tourist and information office. However, that was only 17 years ago and the building has been well maintained and keeps its impeccable aspect year after year.

The residence is therefore the closest to the shops, right at the heart of the pedestrian centre of the village, and litterally at the feet of the slopes (the "pistes", hence its name). In Les Pistes, you are less than 5 minutes walk away from anywhere in the station, including the 2 ski cabins, l'Alpette and Poutran. After a hard day's skiing, you can slide down from all slopes and take your skis off right at the door of the residence.

Detailed description

The appartment nº1216, with its 3 star classification, is located on the 2nd and last floor of the building and is one of the most spacious and better equipped of the whole residence. It is a duplex type flat with mezzanine with a total surface of 50m2, ideal size for 6 and even up to 8-9 people.
The appartment has a spacious double bedroom, 2 bunk beds in a corner space outside the bedroom, another double bed upstairs in the mezzanine with a reading and playing area and a double sofa bed in the main living room.

Level 2 (35m2)

Entrance hall with fitted cabinets and cupboards on the right hand side and a bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet on the left. Access to the main living room through a glass door where you will find a large wooden table and its 8 chairs, a fully fitted open kitchen with induction cooking stove, traditional and micro wave ovens and fridge, a double sofa bed with a TV corner on the side and a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street below with a view to the slopes. To the left and after the kitchen, there is a corner space with 2 bunk beds and a fitted cupboard, just in front of a door leading to the main bedroom, also with a view to the slopes. In this cupboard, there is an additional foldable bed for a small child

Level Mezzanine (15m2, height to ceiling of 1m82)

The access to the mezzanine is by a wooden staircase on the right entering the room. Attention: The stairs are quite steep and not suitable for young children, elderly people or those who suffer vertigo. On the other hand, teenagers will love sleeping upstairs, perched up in their own "private" space. In the mezzanine, there is a small reading and playing area, as well as a double bed in a separate corner. It is possible to arrange additional sleeping unfolding the confortable armchairs, in case a 3rd teenager gets upset to be left out...
