SKILOCOZ cares about every detail to guarantee the success of your stay in Oz and offers quality services such as :

- Full house linen for the week : 1 pair of bedsheets and pillow cases per bed, 1 bath towel and 1 table napkin per person and various kitchen cleaning, drying and wiping cloths. This service is fully included at L'Hermine but is optional at Les Pistes

- Full cleaning of the appartment after each stay : This service is already available at no extra charge at L'Hermine. Although optional at Les Pistes (€80 charge), it is highly recomended if you want to avoid doing the cleaning on your last day and before your journey back home. You can always choose to clean up the flat yourself but if the result is not up to our quality standards, we will do it again and will cash in the deposit (€80). It's also the best guarantee for you that you will find the flat in perfect conditions when you arrive!

- Private parking : Available only at L'Hermine (box nº 13). The access is from the back street underneath the residence, with a remote control key to get inside the building and a normal key to open the garage. The remote control and the key are available on request to our housekeeper on arrival, at a cost of €40 per week with a €150 deposit, to cover for breakage or loss

We will confirm your pre-booking within 48h, after checking availability. You will then receive the rental contract as well as the instructions to send us a down payment equivalent to 25% of the total amount. From the UK, the most practical form of payment is to send a bank transfer (unless you have a better idea) and to leave a check, even in Sterling, with our housekeeper for the deposit(s)
